You are missing a TON of techniques. The only thing that is Black Hat from the list above is Cloaking.

There is a BIG difference between Black Hat and Spamming.

You should also define what is acceptable for keyword and invisible text. Like keyword till a certain percentage is acceptable by the SE’s.

you can put in the ALT tag of an image from your website the optimized keyword hunderd times,this is also BlackHat SEO and if your website will have that it will be banned.
BlackHat SEO techniques are NOT good because sooner or later they will be punished.
