you can put in the ALT tag of an image from your website the optimized keyword hunderd times,this is also BlackHat SEO and if your website will have that it will be banned.
BlackHat SEO techniques are NOT good because sooner or later they will be punished.

Anything done in excess is black hat SEO

keyword stuffing, excesiv use if CSS, links caimpaign in bulk etc………. cloaking, redirects

You should also define what is acceptable for keyword and invisible text. Like keyword till a certain percentage is acceptable by the SE’s.

You are missing a TON of techniques. The only thing that is Black Hat from the list above is Cloaking.

There is a BIG difference between Black Hat and Spamming.

You’ve got most of them

There are the scripts that make your site look popular,
Traffic exchanges are on the outskirts of black hat
Search engine spamming - multiple submission
Duplicate content/pages particularly if they are there to use slightly different keywords.
Redirects in order to push traffic to other pages/sites
